What kind of storage do you offer?
We are a full service storage facility which is a little different that self-storage. We have an open warehouse plan meaning you don’t have to worry about fitting into certain dimensions. Full service storage makes moving hands free to you. We will schedule a time to come and inventory your items and bring your possessions to our storage facility. We can determine the storage fee based on the weight of your total items. When you are ready to take things out of storage you can give us a call and set up a time to have those delivered back to you.
*We do long term and short term storage. Just let us know when you call to book your move into storage.*
We also have portable storage units which are rented locally and delivered to your property. The units are delivered and we can assist you in loading them. Once you are finished with the additional space we’ll come pick it back up.
Will you pack up my ‘stuff’ for me?
Yes, we provide full packing and movie services. If you would like to pass off the duties of packing your collectibles, artwork, pictures, lamps, linens etc. we have the talent, patients and professionalism to do so. Our moving crews are well versed in handling new and old items for safe travel and delivery to your new destination.
I have no clue how many boxes I will need.
We offer free, in home estimates. We can schedule a time to take a walk through your home with you to tally up the total volume of your move. From there we know the amount of man power to provide, an estimated amount of time it will take which can help us configure the estimate for your personal move. If you are in need of boxes prior to your move date feel free to come by our office at the old train station at the end of Cole Ave. or we will deliver materials to you if your order is over $100.
How do I show my appreciation for the movers?
Gratitude is never expected but is always appreciated.
Many people would not think of moving as a customer service based industry. However, it takes a lot of trust and can be stressful letting others into your home to handle your most near and dear possessions. If you feel as though the crew deserves something more direct for their hard work they will be more appreciative of your generosity
Will you help me move furniture in my house?
Of course we will! Whether moving furniture within a room or around the house we would be glad to help. We have the man power to disassemble and reassemble furniture and relocate it to where you would like it.
